DESCRIPTION:Our annual transition bag drive is just around the corner! This year’s drive will be open November 15 – December 11\, 2021. \nEvery day there are kids who have to transition homes with no advance notice and have to walk away from all their belongings. The goal of transition bags is that they are in the hands of all our local social service workers who can then provide a bag filled with new items to help in this difficult transition. Whether you choose to fill a bag for a baby\, kid or teen\, we ask that you provide every requested item on the list. We do not give out incomplete bags and each item has been intentionally chosen. \nDrop locations will be open around the Pittsburgh region and will be announced in November.\nWe also have received a requested bag list from all of our local agencies.
